The investor buys the exact property you choose.

Your Lease-to-Own agreement is officially registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

As long as you meet the terms and make payments on time, you have the right to buy the property on agreed terms.

The investor cannot sell the property to someone else or cancel the agreement unilaterally as long as you follow the program.

Each payment has two parts:

• Rent for living
• Equity toward future ownership

Over time, you build your equity in the property.

Once your equity reaches the agreed level, you can switch to a mortgage or buy the property.

By then, you have not only the down payment but also a strong payment history that increases your mortgage approval chances.
