Market Appreciation

The property itself may increase in value during the Lease-to-Own program, creating an additional layer of protection.

Predefined Exit Strategies

Every CLN includes a predefined investment policy before issuance. No decisions are made under pressure. Every scenario is agreed in advance.

Every investor receives access to real-time information.

Option A

Transfer the property to a new qualified Lease-to-Own customer.

The new customer receives a predefined Purchase Option Balance, allowing the investment program to continue.

Option B

Sell the property.

The property may be sold using a discount strategy defined by the Investment Policy, while seeking to preserve investor returns.

Option C

Continue under revised strategy.

Continue operating the property under a revised investment strategy, if this is expected to maximize long-term investor value.
